As most of you know, SVEN MARTIN was a friend and great mountain biker. He broke his neck riding in Whistler right before the Crankworx MTB Festival. Sven was not paralysed, but he will be out for at least three months. His medical bills, not to mention personal bills are mounting due to his unfortunate circumstances. !
A few close friends of Svens, including April Lawyer, Pro Downhill star, have helped to organize a *RAFFLE in the US National Championships in Mammoth. The time is tentatively set for *after Saturday’s PRO MtnCross race. We’ll keep you posted on any changes or updates. The announcers will also let everyone know what the latest news is at the race.
Who was there for the?Svens Benefit Raffle? At the NORBA Finals, Mt Snow, there were a lot of prizes and we were able make a good chunk of change to Sven.
